Promoter
The promoter is DARCHE Australia.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of DARCHE are not eligible to enter.

Competition period
The giveaway opens at 08.07.26 and closes at 31.7.26. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to enter
To enter, participants may subscribe to the DARCHE newsletter through the DARCHE website, or they may complete the entry form promoted through Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram. 

Prize
One winner will receive a DARCHE 360 degree awning valued at $1999.00 AUD

Prize conditions
The prize is subject to stock at the time of fulfilment. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a selected product is unavailable, DARCHE may offer a suitable alternative of equal or similar value.

Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, DARCHE reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Redraw
If required, a redraw will be conducted from the remaining valid entries. The redraw winner will be contacted by email.

Use of entrant information
By entering, entrants agree that their details may be collected by DARCHE for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with DARCHE’s privacy policy and any applicable privacy laws.

General conditions
DARCHE reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify incomplete, automated, fraudulent or invalid entries, and amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its control affect the running of the promotion.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DARCHE is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
