With a massive 13.8 square metres of coverage wrapping around three sides of your vehicle, it transforms your campsite into a fully equipped outdoor basecamp in minutes. At 400 x 495cm when fully deployed, the Freestanding 360 delivers the largest coverage of any rear-mounted awning on the market. The 8-arm aluminium alloy frame wraps shelter around both sides and the rear of your rig, eliminating the blind spots that side-only awnings leave exposed. Four included leg poles provide additional stability when conditions call for it, and the whole setup packs down to a compact 136cm in length for transport. At 25.3kg, this is a purpose-built piece of serious camping gear, not a lightweight compromise.

Heavy-Duty Canvas Built for the Toughest Conditions

The canopy is constructed from 220gsm ripstop polycotton canvas, chosen for its strength, breathability, and all-weather performance. A 3000mm waterhead rating means it handles heavy rain without letting a drop through, while a UPF 50+ rating keeps the sun at bay during the harshest summer days. When packed away, a rugged 1680D polyester Oxford transit cover protects the awning from dust, mud, and trail debris while you're on the move.

Built-In LED Lighting for Night-Time Comfort

No need to string up separate camp lights. The Freestanding 360 features four integrated dual-colour dimmable LED strips built directly into the frame. Adjust the colour and brightness to suit the mood, whether you're cooking dinner, gathered around the camp table, or winding down for the night. It's a feature that makes a genuine difference after dark and removes one more item from your gear checklist.

Designed Around Your Rooftop Tent Setup

The Freestanding 360 is built with rooftop tent compatibility at its core. It mounts cleanly to platform racks or rooftop tents up to 1380mm wide, and an integrated entry hatch with waterproof zips means your access to the RTT stays completely dry, even in heavy rain. Rooftop tent ladder brackets are included in the box, along with two adjustable mounting brackets, guy ropes, and pegs, so you have everything you need to get it installed and set up properly from day one.

Expandable With a Full Wall Set

Need to fully enclose your campsite? A wraparound wall set (T050801754WS, sold separately) is available to pair with the Freestanding 360, giving you complete weather protection on all sides. Compatible wall sets zip directly onto the awning frame, turning your open shelter into an enclosed outdoor room when conditions deteriorate or you simply want more privacy at camp.
