WARRANTY

Please check the advertised Warranty period for each product listed in the Darche eBay store. Product may be sold WITH or WITHOUT a Warranty.

FOR PRODUCTS ADVERTISED WITH A WARRANTY

Darche will replace or repair any Darche product at its discretion that is subject to faulty manufacturing or workmanship including materials.

We encourage you to register your purchase within 14 days of purchase, it takes only a few minutes. Registering your purchase helps us manage any warranty claim or product issues, and allows us to contact you with any technical, performance or safety related matter specific to your purchase. Registering also allows us to provide you with faster customer service. If you choose to, it also enables us to get in touch with you on special offers, invitations to events, new product information and other relevant information.

EXCLUSIONS

The above warranty is limited to manufacturing and materials defects. Not including damage caused by misuse or abuse, wear and tear, condensation, extreme weather, accidents, incorrect set up, damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children. This also excludes broken poles and damage caused by a jammed, snagged zipper or excessive force applied to zipper causing failure. For the Air-Volution swags and tents, this also excludes accidental puncture or piercing of air-poles.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a claim in relation to our manufacturer’s warranty, please ensure you retain your sales receipt of purchase. Please fill out the form at: http://www.darche.com.au/warranty and a member of our Warranty support team will be in contact you. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response (our normal hours are Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm EST). If you require additional assistance, please phone 1300 367 695 or email warranty@darche.com.au to discuss and arrange your claim. Product subject to warranty will be sent to Darche, 75 Heyington Avenue, Thomastown, Victoria 3074. All freight costs associated with return of product for assessment is payable by the consumer.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS - DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Darche makes all reasonable efforts to achieve and where possible exceed the following delivery expectations:

Deliveries within Australia: 3 to 8 working days from receipt of order.

Postage: A postage/freight fee will apply per delivery.  Alternatively, purchases can be arranged to be collected from 75 Heyington Ave, Thomastown, VIC, 3074.

Our eBay store is currently only shipping products within Australia.

Depending on where you live, we use either Australia Post, Toll Ipec, Hunters Transport, WA Freight Group or an alternative carrier(s). Please note that all of these carriers require you to sign for package. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and cannot be delivered to Australian P.O. Boxes. Note: Darche takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.

Charges: All prices are in Australian Dollars.

International Delivery: Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of Australia. For more information about international orders please contact us at info@darche.com.au

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Darche Ebay store is an Outlet for factory seconds, discontinued, last season or promotional stock. As such, all sales are final.

For product purchased WITH a warranty, all sales are final unless you meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty,
  • The product does not do what it is supposed to do, or
  • Incorrect goods were dispatched from Darche.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong model/size.

In the first instance, please contact Darche via theEbay store, regarding any exchange/refund return of product prior to return within 14 days of original dispatch date.

If you require additional assistance, please contact us by phone or email.

For any returns, product needs to be returned in a new condition and in the original packaging, along with the Darche/Charles Parsons invoice. Before returning, you must obtain  a Return Authorisation Number and shipping instructions. Darche will not be responsible for any lost and/or unauthorised returns. Customers are responsible for the cost to send product back to us, unless one of the above conditions has been met.

If an order has already been despatched, then postage costs will apply.
